Okay, started, and finished in one day, damn, that was kind of short (But I skipped all the cutscenes).
So, like I said, my impressions of this game are way more positive than the first time I played at the start of February, or, just over a month I had started playing Ninja Gaiden, so unfair comparisons were super abound. Not to mention, for some reason, MGR was running absolutely terribly on my PC at that time.
Now, I haven't played the higher difficulties yet (But I do plan to), but as of now, it's an 8, or 8.5/10 from me. A-tier action game, definitely. My main gripes were that the camera swings and jerks around quite a lot for some reason, even after a mod that I used which zoomed the camera the fuck out, as well as too many cutscenes/QTEs during fights and boss fights. I don't mind the occasional QTE during a cutscene, but please don't throw those into the core gameplay, getting damaged is enough punishment for screwing something up. I shouldn't need to tire out my thumb more, or have to move my right hand to the left stick to waggle as fast as I can (For thumbstick QTEs, I like to use my right palm to shake the stick really, really fast). Game definitely goes a bit into style over substance at times, but it's still good.
Any tips for the higher difficulties? Like, best moves for each enemy, and each situation?
