My plan here is to compile a list of gaming channels. I'm always coming across new channels and who knows what good shit I'm missing out on.
They must be about games obviously, but they can be anything gaming related. Challenge runs, speedruns, glitches, analyses, documentaries, retrospectives, tournaments, tech, etc. You get the idea.
If possible, when you post a channel, add some quick details on what the channel contains. If it features different types of content, you don't have to go overboard. Just give a general description. You can even just say something like various content I guess. Just list a few of them. If you're not 100% accurate it's no big deal.
I'm also fine with just saying what you personally know them for, if their content is all over the place. For example I have a few channels I only subscribed to because of a few videos on a single game, other than that, I have no idea what the rest of their stuff is.
To start off, here's a few examples from my subscriptions.
Glitches, sequence breaks, speedrunning stuff for various games.
I have this guy for his S Rank Kunoichi videos. There's also some Viewtiful Joe, Powerstone 2 matches and various others.
Lots of DMC skilled gameplay. Main focus seems to be DMC 1&2.
DMC3SE, Vergil gameplay. Some 'never touch the ground' stuff and DMD SS no damage, item.
Good player that focusesses on efficient play, no handicap runs or whatever.
The legend himself. Jokes aside, just quick 10-20 second clips of overpowered setups, fun to watch.
Probably the best Ninja Gaiden player around across all games in the series.
Though he mostly quit, best collection of action games on highest settings with commentary.
Great compilations on action games, as well as very complete S-rank runs (some videos up to 8 hours long).
Joe The Button
Ninja Gaiden player, loves score runs. Doing PN03 right now.
HD NGS2 videos, everything from speed runs, karma, challenge runs including clearing Master Ninja difficulty with counter and obliteration only!
Everything from NGS2, NG3 Razor's Edge, DMC4 etc. He plays with Orlin12 a lot. Amazing Player at NGS2.
Retired NGS2 pro from my country. HD videos for many games including NGS2, NG3, NG3 Razor Edge, some fighting games etc.
Dutch NGS2 pro, he mainly plays as Momiji.
NGS2 pro, he also has videos of NGS1, Metal Gear Rising, DMC.
Nioh, NGS2, FF 10, Morrowind, Demon Souls, Dark Souls 1 and 2, Fighting games.
Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen. Fantastic videos of class/enemy analysis and mechanics.
DMC1&2 DMD and a little KoFXIII.
Resident Evil series speedruns and challenge runs. A few other horror games in there too.
Bayonetta, mostly Bayo 2.
Appears to focus on NG3RE and a little of other TN games like Nioh and DoA.
Speedruns, combos, tech and skilled gameplay for a lot of games. Tale Of series, Shinobi, Kunoichi, Furi, Kagero series, and tons more.
Matches from tons of fighting games.
Avoiding The Puddle
Advanced SC and Tekken. Tutorials, matches, etc.
I know him for MGS3 speedrunning, but he works on the entire series. You'll find speedruns, restriction runs, and other stuff I'm not sure of because most of the titles are in Japanese.
Known to me for some Okami vids from way back.
One my old pals. This guy is responsible breaking MGS1 into pieces. Speedruns and glitches.
Lots of RE Outbreak, but the channel is completely in Japanese.
Fantastic system guides for The Wonderful 101, Transformers Devastation and Bayonetta. A little GH and VJ too.
I know this guy for his AAA Killer is Dead videos.
Tech videos for Nier A, TF:D, Nioh, Bayo 2 and many more.
I originally subscribed for his Nex Machina stuff, but checking now seems he does a lot of work on the Yakuza series (including FOTNS).
Glitching tons of games.
Vanquish, DMC4, Bayonetta. Used to have TF:D tech but it's gone now.
Known to me for Jet Force Gemini and Star Fox Assault tech, skips and glitches. Has a ton of Majora's Mask content too.
I used to chat with this guy about OZ. Has an OZ playthough and a bit of Onimusha DoD including a no upgrade/minimal kill run.
DMC4 tutorials, tech and combos.
Known to me for Star Fox Assault and Jet Force Gemini speedrunning. Also has Majora's Mask.
Finds glitches in tons of games.
Speedrunner. His Tearaway Unfolded run uses all my skips.
Pal from Discord. Has various game tech. One of the few with any Bujingai content.
Good Gun Valkyrie gameplay. A very rare sight.
PAL version RE4 speedrunner.
Speedrunner, known to me for Haunting Ground.
I only subscribed to watch his DD Online stuff. Has tons of guides and walkthroughs.
Lots of speedruns. Not sure what I subscribed for. The Twin Snakes I think.
Sin And Punshiment run. That's all this channel has but it's a damn good run.
I haven't visited for a while, and it's all in Japanese but seems to do challenge runs and skill gameplay.
Videos on game design.
Not a fan of this channel. This is gonna sound weird, but this guy does no damage boss videos, while not actually playing well. Like he has no knowledge of advanced mechanics. It's weird. I've only watched a few and the Chaos Legion and God Hand ones are particularly horrible. At times I couldn't understand how he avoided damage lol.
Known for crazy God Hand gameplay.
Known to me for the Bullet Witch SS run and OZ.
Huge amount of Dead Rising 1 stuff like development history.
This is the Boundary Break guy. Great series.
Tons of stuff but I only watch VG Myths. This is a series where they do a challenge based on a questions like, 'Can you beat Mario Odyssey without jumping?' They then attempt this. Sometimes it's not 100% possible so they have a counter. Sometimes they use speedrunning glitches or sequence breaks. Really interesting to see what they come up with and I find them highly entertaining even if I've never played the games.
